I am so glad to say we are finally making some progress with the planning of THE wedding.
Being two very laidback individuals and may I just add that although I am lazy I have always been the more kiasu one. So making a decision without prior research is very unlike of me but the most unexpected happens when you least expects it.
We had very swiftly booked our bridal studio with the first bridal booth we went into without making prior research of other BS around. Thinking back now I wonder why didn't I resist the temptation ? Just to cut the whole story short we were sold.
Right then and there the deposit was paid. * Thank you Rudd *
The kiasuism only kicks in after I got home, I researched on the BS which I had not heard about after I had signed on the package. Well done.
The consolation? The BS we signed with had quite good reviews, their service was raved about on those wedding forums which I goggled. So I heaved a bloody big sign of relief.
p.s. The moral of the story is to always do your RESEARCH. Mr Market Researcher, you heard me?
Nonetheless, Rudd and I deserve a good pat on our shoulders for our “dangerous” act.
On a sidenote, I am getting more comfortable with our BS. It was the same BS as my best mate's sister. Claud you don’t know how glad I am to hear that.
The photoshoot will take place this year and we will be shooting a few extra days for the BS’s portfolio. They think we can be their mo-dels. I have warned them that Mr Rudd does not like photo taking so it’s a challenge the BS has to overcome. Let’s see how it all turns out.
For now I am so glad with the progress we are making.
