My goal for this week is to complete a two hours per day gym session for Mon ( spin + shabam ) and Tues ( pump + combat ). My goal was 80% achieved and to me that is really an achievement. I am still in one piece though my legs and shoulders are aching. But I like it. This means my workout has worked.
Last night dinner was at an ultra tempting place ( aka Chomp Chomp ) and I ate only a bowl of fish seafood soup , a glass of orange juice and a bowl of strawberry beancurd plus two mouthfuls of black carrot cake. Well done for resisting all sorts of food temptations.
The thing that duh me the most was my inability to sleep. After two hours of intensive workout , my body was knackered but somehow I just could not fall to sleep in an instant. As a result of my tossing and turning ,I woke up with puffy eyebags and a very tired self.
Maybe my body is reacting from the strain and maybe my brain just loves to work too much. I need to learn to shut my brain completely.
