Best Sleep

Last night I knocked out before hubs came to bed.

I listened to five minutes of brainwave tuner ( Claud's recommendation ) and then I just drifted off. My body finally rested. I am so relieved that I finally slept well.

Many people crave for sleep but for me I have difficulty falling into deep sleep. For those who experienced insomnia will understand my agony.

Work has been kinda sucky this week. Hope to let the bad vibes pass with the passing of this stressful work week.

This weekend going to be amazing. One wedding , one birthday and my buddy's new shop opening !

Life is still good if we look on the other side.
