Just came out from the dreaded meeting , new procedures to be implemented on my 'fav' market. The market that has always done well but recently there has been a lot of bad hype about it. What pisses me off the most is the fact that the current procedure is good enough for us to deliver - every time. So why dig shit on a already well implemented system and why create trouble when there is no trouble achieving the numbers in the first place ? I just do not understand where the problem lies and why the higher management has to continue to add salt to the wound ?
My colleague and I realise there is a 'bad' person speaking shit about us in Indo. Since we are based in Sg there is a lot of bad communication which we cannot control. Plus the fact that everyone is trying to protect their ricebowl so they take it at any chance to step on each other's tail. This is the reality of life in Indo right now. A peaceful place turned into havoc overnight. This is why I cannot understand.
