About this incident I have only anguish and disappointment. This is something not to be tolerated and KK as a reputable children's and women's public hospital should not have even made this mistake.
Something to learn from this silly mistake , always make sure the baby's tag is intact. And try to recognise the face of your newborn though most newborns looked the same when they are born and I guess that is why the error occured.
How sad to know if the mistake is not found out ,you will be bringing up someone's else child and leaving your child in the hands of strangers. This is a mistake not to be forgiven. Not in modern Singapore.
